How Can I Use a Public Questionnaire?

In Amexzone Health, you can access Public Questionnaires shared by other companies, download them, and associate them with your clinical services.

Steps to Use a Public Questionnaire:

  1. Go to the Public Questionnaires section.

  2. Locate the questionnaire you want to use.

  3. Download the questionnaire to add it to your company.

  4. Access the Appointment Types settings.
  5. Locate the corresponding Appointment Type and associate the questionnaire with one of your services.
  6. Save the changes.

Result:

Once associated, the questionnaire will be available to complete during the clinical documentation of the corresponding service.

Note: To use a public questionnaire, you must first download it and then associate it with the corresponding Appointment Type.
