How can I filter patients based on the status of their TCM cases?

In Amexzone Health, you can use the filters in the patient list to identify patients with open, closed, or no open Targeted Case Management (TCM) cases.

To check the status of TCM cases, follow these steps:

  1. From the main menu, navigate to Patients > All Patients.

  2. On the left-hand panel, locate the Filters section.

  3. Scroll down to the Status filter.
  4. Click the dropdown menu and select the option you want to view:
    • TCM - With Open Case: Displays patients with open TCM cases.
    • TCM - Without Open Case: Displays patients who do not have an open TCM case.

    • TCM - With Closed Case: Displays patients who have closed TCM cases.

  5. The system will display the patients who match the selected status.

Important Notes:

  • You can combine these filters with other available criteria, such as Name, EMR, Assigned To, TCM Supervisor, Insurance History, or Current Insurance, to perform more specific searches.
