En Amexzone, puede registrar un Patient Provider directamente desde la sección Patient Providers o agregar la información de referencia al crear o editar un paciente.
Opción 1: Crear un Patient Provider desde Patient Providers
Puede registrar directamente a la persona o proveedor que refiere pacientes:
- Vaya a Patients → Patient Providers.
- Haga clic en Create New.
- Complete la información correspondiente del Patient Provider.
Guarde los cambios.
Una vez creado, el registro estará disponible en Patient Providers y podrá utilizarse como fuente de referencia para los pacientes.
Opción 2: Agregar un Patient Provider al crear un paciente
También puede registrar la fuente de referencia durante la creación de un nuevo paciente:
- Vaya a Patients → New Patient.
- Complete la información del paciente.
- En el campo Patient Referred by, ingrese la persona o proveedor que refirió al paciente.
Complete el registro y guarde al paciente.
La información ingresada en Patient Referred by se agregará automáticamente a Patient Providers y quedará asociada al paciente.
Opción 3: Agregar un Patient Provider a un paciente existente
Si el paciente ya está registrado, puede agregar o actualizar posteriormente su información de referencia:
- Vaya al perfil del paciente.
- Edite la información del paciente.
- Localice el campo Patient Referred by.
- Ingrese la persona o proveedor que refirió al paciente.
- Guarde los cambios.
La información quedará asociada al paciente y se reflejará en Patient Providers.
Nota: No es necesario crear primero el Patient Provider desde Patients → Patient Providers. También puede registrarse mediante el campo Patient Referred by al crear o editar un paciente.
