The ability to make manual adjustments to approved unit balances has been added, regardless of the module or appointment type associated with the record.
With this update:
- The balance of any approved units record can be manually adjusted.
- Adjustments can add or subtract units and require a corresponding reason.
- These adjustments affect only the available balance, without changing the original number of approved units.
- Each manual adjustment is recorded in the unit usage history, including the reason and the worker who made it.
- Manual adjustments can be edited or deleted directly from the history.
- An adjustment can only be edited or deleted by the worker who created it or by a Company Manager.
This enhancement provides greater flexibility and traceability when managing approved units, allowing balance corrections without modifying the original authorization while maintaining a record of all manual adjustments.
