The More Information card in the Patient Dashboard has been updated to display details about patient record creation, making it easier to identify who created the patient or where the record originated.
The More Information card now displays Created as its first row.
When a patient record is created by a user, this row includes the name of the user who created it, along with the creation date and time.
If the patient was not created directly by a user, the row identifies the record's origin accordingly:
Form: followed by the name of the template used.

This improvement makes it easier to identify the origin of patient records and view how and when they were created directly from the Patient Dashboard.
