New validations have been added to Form Templates to ensure that Admission Forms include the required personal information before they can be accessed and submitted.
The public link for a client or patient template with Admission Form enabled can only be opened if the template includes the Personal Information / Demographics section.
If an Admission Form is submitted without personal information, the system prevents the data from being saved and displays a notification asking the user to reload the page and try again.
These validations help prevent incomplete admission forms from being saved and ensure that the necessary personal information is included.
