Improvements have been made to Email Accounts to simplify Mailbox access management, domain email purchasing, and account administration.
With this update:
- A new Mailbox Access column has been added, showing directly in the list which workers can open each email account.
- The Buy Email for Domain window has been redesigned. Domains can be searched by typing, and each new email account is added in its own card along with its password.
- The purchase summary now displays the monthly charge separately from the amount being charged at that time.
- A link to purchase a new domain is available directly from the same window.
- The Workers with Access window has been redesigned. Workers are selected from a dropdown and added to a list displaying their profile picture and email address.
- Each worker can be removed using the corresponding button, with a confirmation before access is removed.
- When deleting an email account, the confirmation now clearly identifies which account will be deleted.
- Windows on this screen no longer close when clicking outside them, helping prevent accidentally losing entered information.
- The company name now appears in the screen’s navigation path.
- Email Accounts and Mailbox are no longer labeled as Beta in the menu.
These improvements make it clearer and easier to manage email accounts, Mailbox access, and the purchase of new domain email accounts.
