Email Accounts and Mailbox are officially out of Beta, consolidating the features developed to configure, manage, and use email directly within the platform.
The email module now allows companies to:
- Configure and manage multiple email accounts, including linked Google and Microsoft accounts, custom mail server connections, and domain email accounts.
- Control which workers have access to each Mailbox, with specific permissions for email account administration.
- Work with shared mailboxes, identifying which worker opened a message through their profile picture and name.
- Compose, reply, forward, send, and schedule emails directly from the platform.
- Organize and track messages using statuses, such as Pending, In Progress, and Resolved, with access to each email’s status history.
- Use Advanced Search by sender, recipient, subject, body, size, date range, status, and unread messages.
- Open attachments directly in the document viewer, with viewing and download options.
- Use the AI Assistant to ask questions about attached documents directly from the viewer.
- Properly identify and access documents received through external download links.
- Print emails with their main information and quickly identify messages containing attachments from the message list.
- Navigate efficiently between accounts and folders, retaining the last account used and loading additional messages when needed.
- Benefit from safeguards while composing messages, preventing windows from closing accidentally and keeping Send and Schedule Email disabled until the required information is provided.
- Experience faster Mailbox loading, including performance improvements that have made message list requests approximately 30% faster.
With Email Accounts and Mailbox now out of Beta, the platform provides the tools needed to centralize email communication, organize message follow-up, and manage worker access to different email accounts in a controlled way.
