Each appointment type includes the option “Allow Get Paid by Patient”, which enables direct payment collection from the patient for services rendered whether in cash, by card, or via payment link.
This enhancement allows the center to define, per appointment type, whether to receive payments directly from the patient, providing greater flexibility and financial control.
