Company administrators and workers with the Manage Content and Remove Signatures permission will have access to add an Administrative Note directly from the appointment, that is, while it is being managed.
The Administrative Note will be visible during the management of the appointment and in the note preview.
This feature improves internal organization by allowing relevant observations or instructions to be recorded, supporting proper follow-up and appointment management.
