Within worker permissions, in the Patients section, the “Appointment content” option was added.
This option allows that, when the worker does not have permission to read appointments, they can still view in the assigned patient’s profile the content resulting from appointments that were not assigned to them.
This improvement ensures that the worker assigned to a patient can access all clinically relevant information about that patient, even if the appointments are linked to other professionals. It supports continuity of care, prevents duplication of efforts, and facilitates a more comprehensive case management.
