A new Performance Reviews option has been added to the worker profile, allowing periodic evaluations of employee performance with all the required information.
Each evaluation includes:
Date of the evaluation.
Status (e.g., Positive/Strong Performance, Neutral/Needs monitoring, Attention required).
Description of the evaluation.
Attached documents.
Action to be taken and date of the next evaluation.
Option to require the signature of the evaluatee.
Additionally, evaluations can be sent to the employee being evaluated through a direct link (via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or copy link), enabling them to sign and formally register the evaluation in the system.
This feature centralizes and streamlines the management of performance evaluations within each worker’s profile. It ensures structured follow-up of employee performance, documents strengths and areas for improvement, and formalizes the process with the employee’s acknowledgment and signature.
