Activity Therapy
Pharmacological Management
When creating clinical notes for these services, the system will automatically pull the Goals and Objectives defined in the Treatment Plan and display them in the corresponding service note. This maintains consistency between the plan and the clinical documentation.
With this update, the catalog of services that can be included in the Treatment Plan is expanded, offering greater flexibility in clinical documentation and better alignment with the different types of care provided to patients.
