A Level of Care question has been added to the Treatment Plan, allowing you to select from the following options:
Day Treatment
Intensive Outpatient
Outpatient
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Substance Abuse
Important note:
This question applies mainly to the PHP service, but its use is optional:
If selected, it will appear in the clinical note of the service.
If not used, the question will not appear in the note.
This addition provides flexibility in documentation, allowing the level of care to be specified only when needed, without affecting the notes of other services.
