A new status has been added to the list of claim statuses in the Billing section, identified as “In Project.”
When this status is selected, the system displays a window to include additional information, where it is possible to:
Add an administrative message (required field).
Add, if desired, a message to the client.
This new status improves internal communication and the tracking of claims that are under review or in progress. It allows administrative notes to be recorded and provides clearer control over the actual status of each claim before submission or resolution.
