A new option has been added to the Company module menu, called “ScriptSure All Messages.” This option allows users to access the section where all electronic prescription (E-Prescription) messages exchanged with pharmacies are managed.
From this section, users can view and manage the different types of messages related to the electronic prescription process:
RefillRx – Refill requests.
Queue – Queued messages.
ChangeRx – Medication change requests.
CancelRx – Prescription cancellations.
ErrorRx – Error messages.
SentRx / DeniedRx / CancelRx / ErrorRx (History) – Tracking of processed messages.
This new option centralizes all communication with pharmacies, providing a complete view of electronic prescription transactions. It improves monitoring, tracking, and resolution of messages while enhancing process traceability and reducing administrative errors in prescription management.
