A new section has been added to the Company module, called “Usage Policies,” which allows users to record and manage the company’s usage policies.
Within this section, administrators or workers with access can write and edit the policies directly using the built-in text editor, which includes formatting options such as bold, italics, underline, lists, and text alignment.
This feature enables companies to document internal usage policies in a centralized and easily accessible way, ensuring that all relevant information about system usage, internal rules, or corporate guidelines is clearly available within the company profile.
