The Telehealth option has been activated as a Place of Service within TCM service appointments.
When Telehealth (Patient’s Home) is selected, the system automatically enables the “Start Telehealth” button, allowing the provider to send the video call link to the client and start the virtual session directly from the appointment.
This update simplifies remote TCM service management by integrating teleconsultation capabilities directly into the service note, enabling faster and more secure virtual care.
