A new Performance Reviews section has been added to the Human Resources module. This section allows administrators to manage and track employee performance evaluations in an organized and centralized way.
From this section, users can:
Add new performance reviews.
View historical evaluations.
Apply filters by worker, status, actions, date, and evaluation period.
Manage records including documents, actions, and signatures.
This update provides better visibility and control over employee evaluations, helping streamline performance tracking and documentation across the organization.
