Goals display the date and time corresponding to the Treatment Plan in which they were created.
From this view, it is possible to:
• Clearly identify which Treatment Plan each goal belongs to.
• View the plan’s creation date and time directly from the goal.
This improvement enhances clinical tracking, provides greater historical clarity, and prevents confusion when multiple Treatment Plans are associated with the same patient.
