When updating the Case Manager of a case, a checkbox option is available to remove the former Case Manager’s access to the patient profile.
From this functionality, you can:
• Change the Case Manager from the case edit view.
• Select the option to remove the former Case Manager’s access to the patient.
• Keep access permissions aligned with the current case assignment.
This update improves access management, prevents unnecessary access to patient information, and ensures that only the appropriate staff maintains access to the case.
