A new “Not Initiated” status has been added to objectives within the Treatment Plan Review and the Treatment Plan Addendum.
With this update:
• Objectives can be marked as Not Initiated when they have not yet started.
• This status allows a more accurate reflection of the objective’s progress within the treatment plan.
• The information remains consistent across records derived from the Treatment Plan.
