Patient signature functionality has been incorporated into the Service Plan Review and Service Plan Addendumdocuments within the TCM management section.
With this update:
• The patient signature is required in the Service Plan Review (TCM).
• The patient signature is optional in the Service Plan Addendum (TCM).
• This allows proper documentation of the patient’s acknowledgment or approval of the plan.
This improvement strengthens clinical documentation and compliance with service requirements.
