The functionality to rephrase textarea responses in appointment questionnaires has been added.
With this update:
• Responses can be automatically rephrased.
• The feature is enabled when the content has more than 10 characters.
• A preview of the rephrased text is shown before applying it.
• Upon confirmation, the rephrased text replaces the original content.
This improvement enhances response quality and makes documentation in questionnaires more efficient.

The text rephrase functionality uses artificial intelligence tools to generate writing suggestions.
It is the user’s responsibility to review, validate, and approve the content before applying it.
