The information displayed within Claim status messages has been expanded.
With this update:
• Claim messages can now include information related to:
• Copay.
• Coinsurance.
• Deductible.
• Other Adjustments.
• Displays the amount applied for each adjustment or financial responsibility.
• Associated Remarks are now included together with each corresponding adjustment.
• Information may be displayed both at the overall Claim level and at the individual service level.
• Provides a more detailed view of Claim processing and applied adjustments.
This enhancement improves transparency and detail within Claim status and processing messages.
