A new indicator has been added to identify partially paid Claims within Billing.
With this update:
• When a Claim contains at least:
• one paid service, and
• one unpaid service,
the system will display the “(partially)” indicator below the Claim status.
• Helps quickly identify Claims with incomplete or partial payments.
• Improves visibility and tracking of Claim financial status.
This enhancement makes it easier to monitor Claims that still contain unpaid services.
