The new PDF Tool Suite has been added to Tools & Add-ons, providing PDF document management, creation, analysis, and annotation capabilities.
With this update:
• Allows opening PDF files directly within the system.
• Includes the option to create blank PDF documents.
• Allows adding text, dates, signatures, stamps, images, sticky notes, checkmarks, shapes, and other elements to documents.
• Allows combining multiple documents using the Merge PDF feature.
• Added Document Assistant AI, allowing users to ask questions about the document and receive answers based on the PDF content.
• Added AI Text Generator, allowing users to automatically generate and insert clauses, notes, paragraphs, and other content into the document.
• Added AI Document Extractor, allowing users to extract relevant information from PDFs, including dates, amounts, names, identifiers, conditions, and summaries.
• AI tools use the document content to provide contextualized responses and results.
• Documents can be saved and exported directly from the tool.
This update expands document management and AI-powered automation capabilities within the system.
