The display of Patient Responsibility amounts has been enhanced within the Billing Claims section.
With this update:
• The Patient Responsibility summary displays the combined total of Copay, Coinsurance, and Deductible amounts.
• When viewing the Patient Responsibility details, the corresponding Copay and Deductible amounts associated with each service are displayed.
• Within the Claims table, the Patient Responsibility indicator shows the total patient-related amount.
• Makes it easier to identify and review the amounts that make up the patient's responsibility.
This update provides a clearer and more detailed view of patient responsibility amounts within Billing.
