Improvements have been added to the Email Accounts section to make mailbox access easier, clearly identify how each account is connected, and make permission management more accurate.
With this update:
- The account name and email address now open the corresponding Mailbox directly.
- Each account displays a label identifying its connection type or status.
- The labels distinguish between:
- A Google-linked account.
- A Microsoft-linked account.
- An account connected through a custom mail server.
- The Email Accounts screen is now also available to the company’s Manager.
- Permission-related text has been updated to refer to workers with access instead of users, accurately reflecting what is actually selected in this configuration.
This enhancement makes email account management more clear, accessible, and consistent, simplifying mailbox access, connection identification, and worker access management.
