The Treatment Plan Closing section has been simplified to display only the information needed when closing a Treatment Plan.
With this update:
- Treatment Plan Closing now displays only the sections required for closing:
- Recommendations & Planning
- Reason for Discharge
- Comments
- Sections that are not needed during the closing process are no longer displayed in this view.
- Information related to progress on Goals, Objectives, and Interventions remains part of the closing process based on the information previously documented in the Treatment Plan.
This enhancement provides a more clear and focused closing process, allowing workers to complete only the information needed to finalize the Treatment Plan.
