The ScriptSure integration has been improved to simplify the prescribing workflow and avoid having to search again for diagnoses already selected in the service.
With this update:
- Diagnoses selected in the service are automatically sent to the corresponding encounter in ScriptSure.
- When opening the prescription, those diagnoses are already available within the encounter, so users do not need to search for them again.
- If any diagnosis cannot be sent successfully to ScriptSure, the system displays a notification so it can be added manually during the prescription process.
- Important: due to a ScriptSure limitation, the diagnoses sent to the encounter cannot be preselected by defaultwhen the prescription is opened. Therefore, even though the diagnoses are already loaded in the encounter, they must still be selected manually when prescribing.
This improvement streamlines the prescribing workflow by automatically transferring service diagnoses to ScriptSure, reducing repetitive steps and making them easier to select during prescription.
