A new option called “Patient’s Main Diagnoses” has been added to the service configuration within Appointment Type to define which diagnoses will appear in the appointment note.
With this update:
• Added the “Patient’s Main Diagnoses” option within Diagnoses Settings.
• Allows displaying the patient’s main diagnoses in the appointment note.
• The configuration is managed directly from the service within the Appointment Type.
• Provides greater flexibility and control over diagnostic information included in clinical documentation.
This enhancement improves diagnosis configuration and visibility within appointment notes.
